good location, charming aesthetic, excellent free-parking
Need better signage for entrance!!! Room cleanliness could improve significantly!!! Add more services specifically for women, like spa options!!! Some amenities felt outdated, don't rely on sachets of instant coffee at this price!!!

The atmosphere of the hotel is incredibly welcoming, highlighted by the friendly and attentive staff who provide exceptional service, especially noticeable in the delicious food at the Lebanese restaurant WARD.
One improvement area is the noise from the nearby overpass, which occasionally disturbed my restful sleep, despite the efforts of double-glazed windows.

Our family stayed for 3 nights with two rooms, perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably. The rooms were not only clean and modern, but also had a cozy feel that made us feel at home. We really enjoyed the fantastic breakfast options, which had a lot of variety. The hotel’s location near Diriyah was convenient for exploring some local attractions, and the valet parking was an added bonus, making our arrival hassle-free.

The location is quite convenient, ideally situated near main business districts, making it easy for work-related activities. The breakfast spread is impressive, providing a variety of delicious options to energize the day. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, always greeting us warmly and offering assistance, which enhanced our overall experience.
Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was smaller than expected given the price point.

Had an amazing time with friends at this boutique hotel! The attentive staff really made a difference, and the gym and spa were top-notch. We visited a local market and enjoyed the city's vibrant atmosphere. Breakfast was a treat, with plenty of options. I highly recommend checking out the evening courtyard for coffee and shisha.
One downside was the ongoing roadworks outside, which made the entry less than grand, but it didn't affect our stay once inside.
